I was really pleased with how clean my room was, especially with the added convenience of a microwave, fridge, and extra toiletries. The indoor pool was a fantastic way to unwind after a long day of adventures. The lobby also had a warm, welcoming vibe that made me feel right at home!

Excellent restaurant in the hotel.

The check-in process was frustratingly disorganized, as I had to deal with a room mix-up that took far too long to resolve. Additionally, the absence of any helpful information about Wi-Fi was incredibly disappointing. I expected a better experience overall, but it felt like the staff were just going through the motions without genuine interest in good service.

Had a great 2-night stay where the onsite restaurant was never a disappointment. The food was fantastic, almost as if the chef was trying to impress a food critic on a reality show! My room was clean and quiet, with a comfy bed. I particularly loved the marked pillows indicating 'firm' and 'soft'—it felt like I was at a fancy hotel for pillow enthusiasts.

The check-in process was poorly organized!!! Having only one person at the front desk resulted in slow service!!! The furniture in the room had noticeable stains, leaving a less polished impression. Clear communication about Wi-Fi should be a given!!!

I booked a room at midnight after finding the hotel unavailable at first. I had difficulty with the front desk staff, but I managed to secure a room that should have been closed due to a cancellation. The hotel does not have air conditioning, which affected my sleep. The indoor pool and breakfast options were nice to have. It was convenient for food nearby. I enjoyed my stay overall, though staff responsiveness could improve.

The hotel offers convenient access to Save-On Foods for groceries, making it easy to stock up. My room features a sink, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker, which is perfect for preparing snacks. The indoor pool is a fantastic spot for unwinding after a day of travel.

The cleanliness of the bathroom could use improvement.
