The hot tub on the 14th floor was a highlight of my stay at Wbf Grande Hakata. Enjoying a relaxing soak after a long day was much needed. The two convenient stores nearby also came in handy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is conveniently located only 800m from Hakata station, making it easily accessible. The staff were helpful and assisted us in retrieving our lost baggage from the airport. The room had a bathtub on the veranda, which was a pleasant surprise. The facilities were clean, new, and comfortable, including an amazing shower room and outdoor bathtub. The breakfast was delicious and we were able to try it before leaving. staying here was a good experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near Hakata Issou, a famous ramen shop, and Daily Yamazaki, a convenient store. Taking the city bus from the airport was a breeze, as the bus stop was just a few steps away from the hotel.
