The staff were amazing and made me feel very welcome. The hotel was located near a beautiful beach, and the rooftop air bath was definitely a highlight of my stay. The food was delicious and exceeded my expectations.

The hotel was a bit secluded and I had trouble finding nearby attractions. , there wasn't much information provided in my room about the hotel amenities and services available.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Staff were attentive and accommodating, fulfilling any luxurious needs we had. The spa and wellness centre were exceptional, offering a variety of massages and treatments. The garden area was stunning, providing a peaceful atmosphere for ultimate relaxation. Our room was advantageously spacious and well-designed, providing exclusive amenities, and impeccably cleaned daily. Restaurant offerings were divine, with special diet menus catered to our needs. The private facilities were exclusive, with rooftop private baths and rooms for a truly romantic experience.

While there were no major issues present, we did notice a minor repair/maintenance issue in our room. Communication with staff was occasionally difficult for those who do not speak Japanese, but they went out of their way to understand and accommodate any requests.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those who are interested in a lot of activity on the beach. It is situated on a private beach in a relatively remote location, which offers peace and seclusion. From here, guests can take walks to Ojima island or Mirabu beach for a late lunch, providing a nice break from relaxing at the hotel. The spacious rooms offer breathtaking views of the ocean and the luxury bathrooms are impeccably cleaned daily. The service is outstanding, with attentive staff who go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

Some of the other guests at the hotel did not understand or respect the Japanese culture or the way of staying in a resort of this caliber. There were instances of guests not dressing appropriately during meal service and using their phones during dinner.
