Limited breakfast options. Bakery in front offered better choices.

The room was so comfy and had everything I needed, like a big bed, kitchenette, and a clean bathroom. the view of Kanazawa station was a nice bonus too!

Great hotel, nice, new, well equipped with large rooms. Localization close to the railway station and malls. Amenities were fantastic, with ice+water supply and reusable bottles. Front desk staff, Ayaka, was helpful and friendly. Varied and healthy breakfast. Water filters were a bonus. Spacious room close to Kanazawa Station. Runny scrambled eggs were a favorite. Would recommend for anyone visiting Kanazawa.

Perfect Location & Spacious Rooms

The location right next to Kanazawa Station was incredibly convenient, with easy access to nearby eateries and shopping areas. the spacious rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully laid out, making our stay enjoyable. the breakfast options were a bit limited for some guests.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a stone’s throw away from the train station and many shopping areas. the lobby of the hotel was super cute, and there were plenty of areas to sit and relax. the TV in the room was a big plus too, and it was able to cast various streaming services such as Netflix and Prime.

While I appreciate the hotel's concern for the environment, it was challenging to get the water flowing and wash my hair. Despite the low water pressure, the rest of the room was lovely, and I especially appreciated the fully functional kitchen equipped with everything necessary for cooking.

The spacious rooms were perfect for our large family, offering plenty of storage space and a well-equipped kitchenette. the friendly staff made us feel welcome, and the convenient location near the train station was a great bonus for exploring Kanazawa.

My wife says that extending the bar hours past 7pm would have been ideal for families with children.

I was amazed by the fully functional kitchen in my room at Hyatt House. It had all the utensils I needed, a massive sink, and even a dishwasher. Plus, the drip coffee machine and included coffee were a nice touch. The location was super convenient, with the hotel being very close to the train station and nearby shopping areas. The TV in the room was also great, with a big screen that allowed me to chromecast Netflix and Prime. The lobby was super cute and had cozy sitting areas and a cafe. And let's not forget about the excellent value for the price I paid!

The shower pressure was a little weak, but I understand it's for environmental reasons. The bed was a bit too firm for my liking, but it was still comfortable.

Good: the hotel's location was extremely convenient, within walking distance of the train station and nearby shopping areas. the breakfast was very affordable and offered great value for the money. the room had everything we needed including exclusive amenities and access to a 24/7 fitness center.

The only minor issue we encountered was the weak water pressure in the shower, which was apparently intentional for environmental purposes.

Housekeeping missed a small bathroom detail, but it didn't affect our overall experience.
