The free shuttle bus from the station made transporting my luggage a breeze. I was even upgraded to a fabulous room with stunning views and complimentary cakes and chocolates. The amenities in the room, such as gowns and toiletries, were well-supplied. my stay was delightful and I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Osaka. The staff went out of their way to assist me when I accidentally booked the wrong room, and they were extremely helpful throughout my stay. The hotel was like nothing I have experienced before, with luxurious rooms and top-notch service. The location was great, right next to a small shopping mall and within easy reach of public transportation. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
