The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent service and assistance throughout my stay. The in-room and bath amenities were generous and the hotel's free shuttle bus to Osaka Station made getting around a breeze. Our stay at the Imperial Hotel was great value for money, with spacious rooms and a beautiful view of the riverbank lined with Sakura trees. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Imperial Hotel in Osaka. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and provided amazing service. The free shuttle bus from the station made transporting my luggage a breeze. I was even upgraded to a fabulous room with stunning views and complimentary cakes and chocolates. The amenities in the room, such as gowns and toiletries, were well-supplied. my stay was delightful and I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Osaka. The staff went out of their way to assist me when I accidentally booked the wrong room, and they were extremely helpful throughout my stay. The hotel was like nothing I have experienced before, with luxurious rooms and top-notch service. The location was great, right next to a small shopping mall and within easy reach of public transportation. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

There was dust on the TV and stains in the shower. The location was also not ideal, as it was a bit remote and walking from the nearest station felt a little unsafe, especially at night.

As young people, we loved the spacious and luxurious rooms with stunning views of the river and city. The in-room and bath amenities were generous, and the staff went above and beyond for their guests. The free shuttle bus to Osaka Station was convenient for exploring the city.
