I especially appreciated the quality of the bathroom items and the spaciousness of the fridge. The hotel also arranged for our luggage and transportation seamlessly. We loved the traditional touch of the hotel, from the bamboo and umbrellas to the Japanese-style bed and seating area in our room. The attention to detail was amazing, from the cute room to the face care routine provided in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety and the food was delicious. We also tried the relaxation massage at the spa, which was heavenly. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, and their English was excellent. The free bikes provided were a convenient way to explore the perfect location. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

That our room didn't have a bath, but it wasn't a big deal for us. Additionally, the bar had inconvenient opening hours, making it hard to relax there.

We had a fantastic stay at Dhawa! the hotel had connecting rooms, which was perfect for our family with young kids. the traditional Japanese design, with beautiful bamboo and umbrellas, created a lovely atmosphere for photos. the room was spacious and comfortable, with attention to detail and a touch of luxury. the customer service was excellent, and the staff even helped us arrange a taxi. Spent Easter break at a beautiful hotel in a prime location. the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. the hotel had two amenities that we really appreciated- complimentary breakfast and a lovely rooftop pool. the location was perfect - within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. We also enjoyed the view of the city from our room's balcony.

While the hotel was lovely, our room lacked storage space. There was only a small closet to hang clothes, but no other shelving or storage options.

I had a great value for my money at Dhawa. The room was fantastic, spacious, and clean. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and attractions, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was more variety of hot items.
