Loved the cozy balcony and nearby bakeries.

where do I even start? the air conditioning was barely functioning, which was just lovely. terrible temperatures, and no assistance from the rude night manager either. also, i find it outrageous that my personal belongings were mixed with random trash during checkout. a simple apology woudl ve been nice, or at least an upgrade, but no, just like everyone else.
