We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating, making us feel very welcome. The room and facilities were clean and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay. The onsen on the premise was excellent, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor baths between the trees. The location was great, particularly for climbing Mount Asahi-dake, and the hotel offered parking and easy access to transportation. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, friendly staff, and convenient location were the best aspects of our stay.
