I loved the location of this hotel! It was so convenient being close to Shinjuku Station and within walking distance to many places to eat and shop. Plus, it was really easy to make reservations at a restaurant near the Post Office, which was the landmark we found after circling around above ground for some time. The transportation options were great too, as the hotel was really close to the Narita Airport limousine's "Shinjuku West" bus stop. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, with fresh sheets everyday and plenty of toiletries provided. The staff were also incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

The value for money at Kadoya was excellent. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for accommodating all our bags. The location was amazing, just a short walk from Shinjuku Station and surrounded by plenty of food options. The staff were friendly and understanding, even when we took up space in the lobby and overloaded the elevators. They even held our bags after check out. A great place to end our trip.

Great location! The hotel is situated in a bustling area with many shops, eateries, and pharmacies nearby. The convenience store right next to the hotel was perfect for grabbing snacks and drinks. Plus, there was a cafe nearby that served delicious breakfast and beverages. Another advantage was that the hotel had non-smoking rooms and a smoke-free lobby, which made for a pleasant stay.

Communication was a major issue during my stay. Some of the staff members did not understand English well, which made it difficult to convey our concerns.

It was conveniently located near Shinjuku Station, yet the street was quiet. The room was kept impeccably clean and the WIFI worked great. There were also numerous fantastic restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Additionally, I appreciated the coin-operated laundry machines on the third floor, which fulfilled all my needs.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to help us when my husband lost his phone in a taxi. They called the taxi company, located the phone, and even arranged for a taxi to pick us up and bring us back to the hotel. The room we booked for 4 people was incredibly spacious with 4 twin beds. The hotel's location was perfect, being close to the train station and surrounded by plenty of places to eat and shop.

Additionally, the hotel's housekeeping services were top-notch, with the staff even leaving clean towels outside our door on the days we didn't require cleaning.
