Staff were not too responsive, but I did get to enjoy the proximity to a lot of great places. The bed was comfortable, though the only pillow was flat as a pancake which made it hard to sleep right at first.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but the location helped make it a passable stay.

i was utterly disappointed with my stay. the hotel is old and prices are steep for what you receive. i expected complimentary bottled water, at least! also, the wi-fi only worked intermittently—a hotel mishap that they clearly didn’t bother to rectify promptly. i wanted to give a good review, but just couldn’t.

The property is conveniently located near the Shinjuku station, making it easy to find eateries and shops. Staff were nice and smiling, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Navigating from the West Exit of Shinjuku station was frustrating due to the lack of escalators, certainly not ideal for those with heavy luggage.

Room decor feels dated and requires modernization!!! The absence of complimentary bottled water in the room is frustrating!!! A sponge instead of a bath towel is hardly a fitting substitute!!! Improve breakfast hours to accommodate early train travelers!!!

i enjoyed my stay at kadoya. the room was well-maintained, and the bathtub was a lovely touch. the wifi speed was perfect for my work. the location is great, just a 5-minute walk from the station, making it easy to explore local areas. the staff were friendly and polite, which made a difference.

This gem offers an unbeatable location just minutes from Shinjuku station. The bed was comfortable, and the shower pressure was fantastic after a long day. With convenience stores and eateries steps away, it's perfect for any traveler!

the only downside was the dust on the carpet (not great). still, the bed had nice soft pillows, and the location was super convenient with many eateries nearby. the staff were friendly and helped hold my bags after checkout.

In my wife’s opinion, an upgrade for the lounge would enhance family comfort.
