The check-in staff was friendly and accommodating. Despite a slight odor, the room was clean and had a modern decor. I loved the electric window shades and the comfortable chaise lounge. The large TV with plenty of channels was a great touch. The hot breakfast was a nice surprise, with a good variety of options and disposable food serving gloves provided.

This hotel was a great find for me during my business trip to Reno. The location was very convenient to all the business I had in the area, and I appreciated that the hotel had plenty of seating in the rooms. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, even considering it's a pet-friendly facility. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast options were outstanding, with a wide variety to choose from. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Continental breakfast offers variety for families. Beds and pillows were comfortable for a good night's sleep. Clean and cozy rooms equipped with a coffee machine, closet and stocked bathroom. AC was fully adjustable for added comfort. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi amenities.

During our Christmas travel, we were pleasantly surprised by the two complimentary offerings the hotel provided: warm cookies and coffee at all hours. the hotel's close proximity to the airport made it a convenient choice for our travel plans. we enjoyed the indoor pool, particularly since the weather outside was chilly.

The shower in our room also had low water pressure, which made it less than relaxing. while the hotel offered some advantages, there were also a few areas for improvement.
