I had a fantastic stay at Kagoshima Plaza Hotel Tenmonkan. The staff were extremely helpful, ordering a taxi for me and checking ferry schedules during a typhoon. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the vibrant Tenmonkan shopping arcade. The Japanese-style buffet breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel in the centre of Kagoshima is a hidden gem. The rooms have recently been upgraded, so everything feels brand new and fresh. The attention to detail is impressive, with a wide variety of pillows to choose from and origami paper sheets for guests to try. The location is unbeatable, right in the busiest part of the city with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

No negative aspect, everything was great.

This hotel was excellent! the breakfast buffet was fantastic with a great selection of Japanese and Western dishes. the location was perfect, with dozens of restaurants and shops nearby. Plus, the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the free WiFi and the ability to wash my clothes.

The service at the restaurant was quite slow and not very professional, and the late check-out fee was a bit pricey. But overall, I had an amazing experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
