The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, just a short walk away. It is also right across the street from the beach, offering easy access for beach lovers. The rooms are spacious and some even come with a beautiful ocean view.

The staff at the hotel can be quite rude and unhelpful at times.

Amazing location right on the beach with stunning views. The private rooftop onsen was a highlight, easy to book and enjoy. There are also free public and family baths available. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The ryokan allows parking before check-in, saving money. The food was good and consistent with the price. A short walk to Ito Station with fish markets and seafood restaurants nearby. Great for families and a good deal overall.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in several ways. the value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for the quality of service provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with clean rooms and basic amenities provided. Additionally, the hotel's location in a really good area close to a black sand beach in a relatively quiet old town was a major highlight. Lastly, the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

All in all, we were satisfied with our stay at this hotel.

Friendly staff who speak English and Mandarin. Good communication and easy access to information about the Izu Peninsula. Courteous dining hall staff providing delicious meals. Assistance with luggage to the train station was appreciated. Great onsen experience with 24/7 availability and top-notch quality. Convenient location near the beach with beautiful ocean views. 5-minute walk from the train station.

Spent a nice Christmas at this hotel. the room was spacious and had a great view. the staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed both the public bath and a private onsen on the rooftop. It was a nice touch that they offered free luggage storage, which made it easier for us to explore the surrounding area. the location was fantastic, with easy access to the seaside and the train station.

The hotel felt a bit old and could use some updates. Our curtains had a bit of mold, and some members of staff didn't speak much English, which made communication difficult.
