The location of Kamenoi Hotel in Atami is absolutely beautiful. The view from the room was breathtaking, especially at night. The rooms themselves were comfortable and spacious, and the tatami flooring added a nice touch. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The WiFi was strong throughout the hotel, which was a pleasant surprise. The onsen was a highlight of our stay, with both indoor and outdoor options available. The breakfast buffet was incredible, offering a wide variety of delicious options. we had a great one-day stay and would recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great WiFi, and beautiful location.

The location of the hotel, up a hill and far out from the city, made it inconvenient to get around. The hotel does provide a bus service, but it was small and not spacious enough for larger luggage.

Got to spend Thanksgiving with my family at a mountain-side hotel. the views were pretty impressive with the vast expanse of the sea and the outline of the nearby town. Our room had two single beds with an attached tatami living area, perfect for spreading out and having a relaxed family time. We even got great parking space right outside the door, and the lobby had a gift shop with UFO machines, great for kids. They had both indoor and outdoor onsens that were just exceptionally relaxing.

The bus service was just terrible. It was so crowded, with no organization or queues and some pushing and shoving.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The rooms were exceptionally spacious, with a balcony that offered breathtaking views of the ocean. The highlight for me was the personal onsen in the room, complete with a large tub and automatic water filling system. It felt like a truly indulgent and futuristic experience. The hotel's location on a hill added to the charm, providing a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this place to my friends, as it offers a unique and luxurious experience.
