We were pleasantly surprised by this place. The location is amazing, right on the beach, with a breathtaking view of the ocean and islands. The hotel provides excellent service and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need. The highlight for us was the huge spa, with its various pools, saunas, and gym. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

There are no negative aspects to mention. This hotel is perfect in every way.

Spacious upgraded room with sea view, sitting area, large bathroom, bathtub, and balcony. Clean facilities. Good Japanese dinner. Biggest room during our trip. Proper swimming pool. Beautiful beach view. Nice double room with beach view. Friendly and helpful staff, especially at breakfast buffet. Excellent service. Huge and comfortable spa with heated pools, saunas, and gym. Perfect for a relaxing holiday.

The room was huge, comfy, and had a great view of the beach and ocean. The bathroom was big and nice. The hotel had a massive spa with many pools, saunas, and a gym. The staff was very nice and helpful.

We had a truly relaxing stay at this hotel! Our room had a glass-walled balcony that offered breathtaking views of the sea. The high-speed internet and spacious accommodations were a pleasant surprise. The aqua relaxation spa was a highlight, and the Tiki restaurant served a delicious yakiniku-all-you-can-eat feast. The buffet breakfast included in the package was a great value. I highly recommend this hotel for a seaside getaway.

Beachfront heaven! the view from our room was amazing - panoramic beach stretching from forest to castle. Food was delicious - Japanese dinner yum! Staff super friendly and helpful, even ensured we got local snacks for our journey home. Great souvenir options too. Breakfast spread was so generous, best way to enjoy the beach view indoors. Super easy to travel by train from Fukuoka, the walk north of the station was interesting too.

The onsen was a little crowded but still enjoyable nonetheless. Room decor could use a modern update, old-fashioned style didn't match up with the atmosphere of the area.
