The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning. The staff members are friendly, helpful, and always available 24/7. Breakfast was provided, even for early departures. a great base for exploring the city.

We initially booked the Amber Hotel but were moved to their partner hotel, the Elite Hotel. Henry, the staff member who handled our transfer, was extremely professional. The rooms at the Elite Hotel were absolutely gorgeous and surprisingly quiet, despite its central location next to pub Street. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They even helped me print some work documents. If I return to Hanoi, I would definitely stay at this hotel chain again.
