The hotel provides excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service throughout my stay. I was impressed by the basic amenities provided, including the rooms with a great view and a shower. Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay was absolutely delicious.

Great food and friendly staff. the location is also convenient as it is close to the famous tourist spots and public transportation. the room was clean and spacious.

Pricey for what you get. the facilities were quite outdated and the onsen looked very old.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming ryokan in Noboribetsu. The location of the ryokan was perfect, just outside of the main commercial area and by a peaceful stream. It was also conveniently close to a convenience store and the attractions of Noboribetsu Onsen. The room was cozy and comfortable, with traditional Japanese bedding and a lovely view of the surroundings. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with attentive and helpful staff who made us feel like family. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of tasty dishes. The ryokan also offered facilities such as an indoor and outdoor onsen, providing a relaxing and authentic experience.

The size of the onsen, which could be slightly small when there were many hotel guests during peak travel season.

Clean room, amazing view, friendly staff, onsen and dinner were great. Staff took a group picture for us as a surprise gift.

Not obvious to find.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were always willing to help and provide guidance on nearby attractions and activities. The on-site onsen was a great way to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The traditional Japanese breakfast was a delightful experience, with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to nearby shopping and dining options.

One of the drawbacks of our stay was the room temperature control. It was difficult to adjust the heating system, and at times the room became uncomfortably warm.
