The location of the hotel is perfect for those who enjoy jogging or exercising. There is an awesome jogging route around the neighborhood, and within walking distance, you can find the Shinjuku Chuo Park with a great exercise space. you can easily access the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, Harajuku, and the subway even with large suitcases.

The hotel wifi had some issues with disconnecting during VoIP calls, which could be a minor inconvenience for guests.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely designed. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the young lady who helped arrange a surprise flower delivery for my wife's birthday. The location was convenient, close to the train station and with easy access to transportation. The breakfast had a good variety of options. I was satisfied with the cleanliness, facilities, transportation, location, breakfast, and staff.

I recently stayed at Keio Plaza Hotel for 5 nights during my vacation in Tokyo. The location couldn't have been better, right next to Shinjuku station with easy access to the subway. The Premier grand room we had was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. The separate toilet room in the bathroom was a great convenience for my family. Another highlight was the access to the club floor, where we enjoyed delicious breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening hors d'oeuvres. The staff on the club floor, especially Glenn and Rika, went above and beyond to make our stay stress-free by assisting with dinner and travel reservations.

our stay at the hotel this summer holiday was amazing! The location was perfect, with easy access to train stations and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was spacious and clean, and the free phones provided were very useful for our family. As foreign tourists, we found the location of the hotel near the Shinjuku railway station to be perfect. The surrounding area was calm, with many authentic restaurants nearby. The convenience of having a pickup place for our Mt Fuji tour made our early morning travel hassle-free. The service at the hotel was exceptional, especially considering our late check-in. The staff were lovely, taking our luggage and promptly checking us in. The high-floor room with city views exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself had everything we needed, including a convenience store that stayed open late. With over eleven restaurants and seven bars on site, we were spoiled for choice. The Polestar bar on the 45th floor was a highlight, with impeccable views and service.
