I really enjoyed my stay with easy walks to gorgeous spots like Shinjuku Central Park, just 500 meters from the hotel, and a lovely stroll to the popular Takeshita Street, which is only about 2 km away. the peaceful atmosphere of nearby parks made my city explorations even more special.

The hotel is conveniently located near shopping options like Isetan and Takashimaya, making it easy for us to explore. The spacious rooms are accessible and provide comfortable accommodations, which made our stay relaxing. Additionally, we appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to assist us with our needs.

i almost thought i could give a good review, but, the check-in queues were so long, i practically aged waiting. plus, the outdoor pool was closed and no one gave a care. i expected a complimentary welcome gift for my unnecessary struggle, but i guess i’m just a peasant here. total letdown. avoid at all costs, seriously.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the Superior Plus Twin Room. The fantastic location meant we were just a short stroll to everything in Shinjuku. Loved the convenience of the shuttle to Disneyland!

However, be prepared for potential waiting lines at breakfast. We experienced a bit of impatience at the dinner reservations due to the hotel being fully booked during our stay.

I was disappointed with the cold service from staff, as it felt unwelcoming compared to my previous experiences in Japan. Furthermore, I found the family room design impractical with too many sofas, leaving us little space to unpack our luggage comfortably.
