had a wonderful stay at chantilly, exceeded expectations, hyatt place was fantastic! helpful staff, spacious room, comfortable bed. definitely returning!

Directions were confusing, got lost.

the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options including sausage, oatmeal, fruit, and waffles. the coffee was also very good. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially when our daughter had a medical emergency. the room was comfortable and the hotel was conveniently located near the airport and DC. there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Place in Chantilly. The customer service was exceptional. When we couldn't find the NFL game on our room TV, the front desk clerk went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She even gave us access to another room where the channels were working. The staff truly made us feel valued and taken care of throughout our stay.

I recently stayed in a hotel that exceeded my expectations. I was impressed with the hotel's prime location near a shopping area and a shuttle service that easily took me to the airport. The room service was great, and the housekeeping team kept my room exceptionally clean and comfortable. Additionally, the staff was friendly and welcoming, providing a refreshing welcome drink upon my arrival. Furthermore, the hotel had a wide range of amenities, including a restaurant, snack bar, fitness centre, and swimming pool.

This place is an excellent choice for families looking to have a great experience with their kids.

During our romantic escape, we found the room at the hotel to be huge and impeccably clean, which made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the staff at the hotel were friendly and greeted us with a smile upon arrival.

One downside of our experience was the wait for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. It was always a bit time-consuming and inconvenient.
