I had an amazing time staying in this venue. The location is just perfect, right in the heart of the city. From the bell staff to the room service, everyone was very attentive and friendly. The room itself was very comfortable, featuring all the amenities I could ask for, like a mini-bar, an electric kettle and a flat-screen TV.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I traveled to Edinburgh for a romantic getaway with my girlfriend and decided to stay at The George. Our stay was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Princess Street and Edinburgh Castle. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially David the doorman who went above and beyond to assist us with recommendations and directions. The hotel was clean and the breakfast menu was delicious. We also loved the fact that there was a gym available for use. a fantastic experience.

100% Recommend this hotel.

The tea and coffee provisions in the room were generous, along with complimentary biscuits and snacks. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the room temperature was perfect. Additionally, the fluffy robes and slippers provided added a touch of luxury. it was a great experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, easy to walk to/from the station. Friendly and knowledgeable bar staff. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. High quality hotel with outstanding service. Clean and full of character. Bagpipe player outside adds to the charm. Fun bar with great food, especially the breakfast and sandwiches next door. Comfortable bed.

The room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing space after a busy day exploring the city. the breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel's location was great, situated in a key area close to many attractions and amenities.

The bathroom was a bit small and lacked space to put our wash bags. It would have been more convenient to have a walk-in shower instead of a shower over the bath.
