The hot springs at Miyama are a real treat. I loved the outdoor facilities, even though they were a bit chilly in winter. The private onsens were a major plus. The room was clean and spacious. The staff, despite the language barrier, were kind and went above and beyond. I highly recommend this unique and relaxing hotel.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the natural hot springs that were available on-site. the private onsens were a great way to relax and enjoy the scenic views. the staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our needs. We also appreciated the nearby restaurants and the affordable price point.

The beds in our room were not very comfortable and we could still smell the sulfuric odor of the hot springs. the location of the hotel was a bit out of the way and required some extra travel time to get to the desired destinations.

The staff were incredibly hospitable, recommending a larger room free of charge. The onsen facilities were superb, with a variety of indoor and outdoor options. The location was perfect, surrounded by gift stores, restaurants, and sites to explore. The evening meal was the best I had during my trip. Lovely staff and private onsens ideal for couples. The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is right next to the Maruo bus stop. This makes it easy to explore the surrounding area. the staff at the hotel were incredibly hospitable and accommodating, providing excellent service. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the onsen facilities were superb, offering multiple options for relaxation.

The breakfast options at the hotel were limited, which may be disappointing for those seeking a wide variety of choices.
