The room was spacious and had a balcony with a nice view of the water. The hotel's location near Meriken Park was a key advantage as we enjoyed the bridgeway connecting the hotel to the park. The amenities provided, such as bottled water, Dolce Gusto coffee pods, and nice bath toiletries, were appreciated.

The bed was uncomfortable, resulting in a lack of quality sleep and body fatigue in the morning. Additionally, there seemed to be inconsistencies in room assignments and breakfast entitlements, as some guests were not given the same privileges as others.

I had a great time staying at the hotel. The price was reasonable considering the wonderful view and relaxing atmosphere. The staff, especially Aruka trainee, provided excellent hospitality. The breakfast at the restaurant was a good experience and the staff was very kind. The bar with its amazing view was a perfect spot to celebrate my lady's birthday.

The private balcony offered excellent views, and it was a pleasant place to relax after a long day of walking. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, and the dining area also provided fantastic views of the water and sea vessels. The shuttle bus service was very good, and the spacious room with a large balcony was perfect for a light sleeper. The bed mattresses were excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The best view from the room was to the east, with a partial harbor view and the beautiful sunrise. Additionally, there was a large shopping mall nearby with a variety of restaurants.

The location was convenient, within walking distance of many restaurants and the shopping area of Motomachi. Additionally, it was great to have the waterfront so close by, providing a unique and enjoyable experience.

We got great value for our money with a spacious room and a beautiful view of Kobe harbor from the balcony. The location was perfect, walking distance to MOSAIC Shopping Center and the port area. The staff were friendly and the shuttle bus to Kobe City Center was convenient.

I recently stayed at Kobe Meriken Park Oriental Hotel for a few nights and it was an amazing experience. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is within walking distance of many restaurants and the shopping area of Motomachi. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. The beds are comfortable and firm, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, satisfying all tastes. Additionally, the hotel offers a shuttle bus service from Sannomiya Station which was very convenient and saved me time and money. I can confidently say that this will be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Kobe in the future.

The view from our room was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful scenery that made our New Year experience memorable. The spacious and comfortable room was a plus, giving us enough space to relax and unwind during our stay. The hotel's shuttle service was also convenient, allowing us easy access to key locations in the city.

Although it wasn't dirty, it definitely needed an upgrade to match the overall quality of the hotel. Additionally, the noise from the harbor ships was occasionally bothersome and took away from the tranquility of the stay.

I got great value for my money at the Kobe Meriken Park Oriental Hotel. The room had a fantastic view of the harbor and the Kobe Port Tower, and I loved relaxing on the small balcony with a glass of wine. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The breakfast option could have been improved by offering a wider variety of bread, including genuine European-style bread.
