We got excellent value for our money at this modern and clean hotel. The room was spacious and had a lovely balcony where we enjoyed our evening drinks. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the bridge and waterfront restaurants. The staff was helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

One small improvement that could be made is the breakfast option. It would have been great to have more information about the menu and bar options, as well as a complimentary Nespresso capsule for the first night.

Great location close to the river and in the heart of the city. The facilities were extremely clean and comfortable with excellent security measures. The check-in process was quick and easy, and we were able to leave our luggage at reception both before check-in and after check-out. The apartment itself was spacious, well-equipped, and had fantastic soundproofing. The beds, including the sofa bed, were incredibly comfortable, and the shower was brilliant.

I recently stayed at The Arc Carris for one night and it was absolutely fantastic. The staff were incredibly helpful during check-in and allowed us to store our luggage as we arrived early. The apartment was spacious, well-decorated, and had a great view of the river from the corner room. It had excellent security and provided great value for money. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the attractions. it was a perfect stay.

We had a fabulous stay! The location was perfect, with the famous bridge just a short walk away. We loved being close to the Douro river and being able to explore the historic city center. The room was clean and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchenette and daily cleaning service. The bathroom was also clean and had all the amenities we needed. The view from our room was breathtaking, with huge windows overlooking the river. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Porto.

The flight of stairs to the bedroom was a bit challenging, especially when carrying a heavy bag.

There were a few minor issues during my stay. The electric blind in the room was initially broken, but the hotel team was quick to repair it, so it didn't really cause much inconvenience.
