I had the most incredible stay at a hotel in a stunning location on an island in Japan. The traditional Japanese design mixed with modern amenities made me feel like I was truly immersed in the culture. The room was breathtaking, especially during sunset with its ocean view. The onsen on the rooftop was clean and incredibly relaxing, especially the outdoor one at sunset. The meals were exquisite, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Situated on a beautiful island, this hotel is central to all the shops and just a short walk from the ferry terminal. The staff is incredibly welcoming and polite, making us feel special from the moment we arrived. The spacious and elegant traditional rooms are adorned with thoughtful touches like a Nespresso coffee machine and a comfortable bed. The kaiseki dinner included is simply amazing, with impeccable food and presentation. We also enjoyed the lovely public onsen and the open-air bath with a view of the floating torii. The attention to detail and the breathtaking views make this one of the best experiences of our lives.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. the exclusive amenities provided in the room were exceptional and met all my luxurious needs. the service was impeccable, and the staff were highly professional and friendly. the restaurant offered an outstanding menu, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. the location provided great advantages, being centrally situated close to all the key attractions.

I did have one minor issue with the lack of curtains in my room, causing a small disturbance in the morning from the light. this was a small matter in comparison to every other exceptional aspect of this venue.

Huge sea-facing room with stunning view, clean and comfortable, delicious meals, courteous and helpful staff, unique evening atmosphere with deer outnumbering people.

Absolutely nothing.

The breakfast was amazing, the Japanese breakfast was our favorite! We also loved the onsen facilities, especially the breathtaking views of the sea and nearby attractions. the helpful staff provided great service and the location was perfect, being close to the port and main shopping area.

The hotel's free wifi access was not reliable and sluggish at times, so we weren't able to stay connected as much as we wanted to. Nonetheless, it wasn't a terrible bother considering we did want to enjoy the beautiful island of Miyajima and recharge from the daily grind.
