The location was sweet as, heaps of eateries nearby, but that confusing light switch situation was a bit annoying. Overall, the spacious room made up for it, though.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to both subway stations and regular bus services. It has a modern design with spacious rooms, well-equipped with a tea station and a comfortable seating area. The staff is incredibly helpful, providing useful information and even offering umbrellas for rainy days.

The elevators don’t access all floors, which might be inconvenient for some.

the breakfast was such a disapointment, I mean sandwiches for breakfast? really? Isn’t a proper hotel suppose to have eggs or something? And, I absolutely expected a complimentary upgrade or at least a warm welcome. Instead, I just felt like another room number. I could almost give a good review, but I just couldn’t.

the bathroom was a total letdown, with only a shower and no bathtub, very disappointing for a hotel claiming to be upscale. the lifts not going to every floor was definitely not the welcomed convenience I expected. honestly, I thought I’d receive some sort of courtesy upgrade but, alas, it seems everyone gets treated the same here.

Oh my gosh, our room was, like, super spacious and clean! We had this rad separate shower room, and the espresso machine was, like, a total game changer. The staff was so chill, greeted us with drinks, and the breakfast in our room was, like, totally delicious every morning. So gonna miss that vibe!

Room was large with air conditioning. lift access was a hassle. Wi-fi was great.

i really enjoyed my stay at itoya hotel mon. the staff were exceptionally attentive, even assisting us with restaurant reservations during the busy season. the location is peaceful yet conveniently close to major attractions and transport.
