The hotel's lobby was very chic and stylish. the staff were attentive and accommodating. Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family with kids. We enjoyed the free minibar with a variety of drinks and snacks to choose from. the breakfast was served with great presentation and very tasty. the hotel offers transportation, or you can also take a leisurely walk to places.

This hotel is conveniently located close to Karuizawa station, making it easy to access all the shopping at the outlet. The rooms are modern and stylish, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The hotel staff are friendly and professional, providing prompt shuttle services to and from the station. Guests can also enjoy a relaxing soak in the onsen and a delicious breakfast with a nice view. The hotel offers excellent service, including a welcoming drink and snacks upon arrival.
