Great view and comfy rooms, breakfast and dinner were delicious and staff was friendly and accommodating. the free shuttle service to nearby attractions was also very useful. a nice weekend getaway.

there was a strange noise at night which made it difficult to sleep. Would have also appreciated more amenities in the room, or at least a cup noodle option.

We had a wonderful time during our stay here. The location of this place is absolutely stunning, with beautiful views of the surrounding town and ski slopes. The onsen on the top floor, especially the outdoor one, was truly amazing. It was the perfect way to relax and enjoy the scenery. The staff here were incredibly polite and attentive. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always willing to help. We also appreciated the free shuttle service, which made getting around much easier. The dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were absolutely delicious and there was plenty of food to choose from. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality service, making our stay a truly luxurious experience.

Efficient check-in service, English-speaking staff, prompt service with excellent lunch and dinner at the restaurant. Private onsen in room was outstanding. Great selection of amenities in the lounge and complimentary food. Beautiful view from the property, especially after snowfall. Top floor onsen, both indoors and outdoors, was fantastic. Delicious and plentiful dinner and breakfast. Polite and attentive staff. Free shuttle service was convenient. Amazing rooms with lovely private onsen. Amazing and kind staff.
