We had a great time at this hotel! The location was perfect for us as it was situated inside the airport area, making it super easy for us to catch our flight the next morning. The service was fantastic, with friendly and accommodating staff who were always available to assist us with anything we needed. The room was amazing! It had all the necessary amenities such as an ironing board, air conditioning, mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. We were even provided with a welcome drink upon our arrival, which was a lovely touch.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and relatives, especially those who are looking for a comfortable stay near the airport.

The hotel staff were lovely, polite, and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was very convenient, right within the airport grounds, perfect for overnight stays during connecting flights. We loved that they provided airport pick-up and drop-off at any time of day or night. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a lovely spa where we could squeeze in a relaxing massage after long travel.

The representative at the airport was professional. The room was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Early check-in allowed me to freshen up before a meeting. The hotel shuttle was reliable, and the staff was welcoming. The restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices.

The staff at breakfast definitely needed some training. There were spills on the floor that were not cleaned up, and it seemed like no one noticed or cared.

I got great value for my money at the hotel. The room was spacious and had a working desk, which was perfect for my business needs. The location was convenient, being close to the airport, and the staff treated me with friendliness and efficiency throughout my stay.

I stayed at Four Points By Sheraton for a quick overnight before my next flight. The airport pickup, friendly staff, comfortable room, and reasonable price made my stay enjoyable. I loved the rooftop pool and bar/restaurant, as well as the ground level outdoor seating. The food was well-prepared and the bed was comfy. The hotel even allowed me to store my purchases while I traveled to Zanzibar. a great experience!

Spent xmas at a hotel near Nairobi National Park and the airport. Enjoyed the spacious and comfortable rooms and the many dining options available. the rooftop bar/restaurant had an amazing view of the national park. the food in the main restaurant was delicious with a good variety of dishes at reasonable prices. the staff were helpful and friendly. the hotel also had a travel desk that organized trips to attractions in the city.

The quality of the food at the hotel restaurants was disappointing, especially considering the higher prices. Additionally, the smell of cleaning products in the room was overpowering, and the shower had a faulty door that leaked water onto the floor.

I recently stayed at Four Points Sheraton for one night, close to the airport. The staff were polite, professional, and incredibly helpful. A special shout-out to the concierge who went above and beyond to assist me in recovering my delayed baggage. The hotel itself is amazing, with friendly and welcoming staff. The room I was upgraded to was gorgeous and impeccably clean. The rooftop bar had great drinks, music, and surprisingly delicious food. The pool area offered stunning views, especially during sunset. The restaurant staff were hilarious and kind, and the breakfast was exceptional. a truly delightful experience.
