I recently stayed at Lamp Light Books Hotel for a night in Nagoya. The room was impeccably clean and had a new feel to it. I appreciated the electric kettle and large mug for making tea. The hotel's proximity to the subway and railway station made it very convenient. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even lending me a free adapter for the Japanese socket. The wifi worked perfectly and I loved that there were umbrellas available for guests to use.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and plenty of food outlets nearby. I particularly enjoyed the fact that the hotel had a library where I could read books at night. It was also located near a park, which was a lovely bonus. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in earlier than expected.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious enough for two people and provided a great view of the park. The atmosphere of the hotel was amazing, especially with the cafe on the ground floor filled with numerous books to browse through. I loved that it also functioned as a normal bookstore, where locals would often stop by to read and work. Moreover, the free welcome drink was a nice addition. The hotel's location was convenient, with a Lawson convenience store right across the street, and there were plenty of options for food within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel was close to the train station, making it easy to travel around the region.

Couldn't fault

The concept of having a bookstore inside the hotel is fantastic, as you can bring books from the lobby to the room to read. the location is also great, close to the subway, restaurants, and convenient shops. Another advantage is the possibility to regulate the intensity of the light in the room, which makes it very comfortable.

Although the hotel has a small café at the entrance, they don't have a real kitchen or restaurant. So even if breakfast is included, you wouldn't get more than a couple of sandwiches and a simple drink.
