The breakfast and dinner at Meitei No Yado Hotel Koshien were absolutely delicious. The service was outstanding - even though the staff didn't speak English, they used Google translate to communicate with us. We were pleasantly surprised by the handwritten in-room introduction book, showing the hotel's attention to detail. The public and private onsen were both great, but we particularly enjoyed the public one. The check-in staff was incredibly helpful, using Google translate to make sure we understood everything. we highly recommend staying here if you're traveling around Kofu.

The location of the hotel is incredible, right in front of a beautiful waterfall. You can enjoy the stunning view while relaxing in your room or from the public onsen. The staff are very helpful and kind, ensuring you have a comfortable stay. The meals, both dinner and breakfast, are delicious, and the service is great. The in-room introduction book is a thoughtful touch, and the hand-written notes show the attention to detail. You'll definitely have a memorable experience here.

The outdoor garden was not accessible during our stay, which was a disappointment.

Easter at this hotel was quite a thrill. the amenities were great, with a spa and indoor pool. the staff was very friendly, and always willing to lend a hand. Location-wise, it was perfect. We were able to tour the local area with ease. the food was also quite delicious, and we always left the dining room full.

They were strict, and if we missed the meal, there was no option for us. while the spa was open, the outdoor garden that we were looking forward to was not available.
