The staff was absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to help us with recommendations and organizing experiences. The location was super convenient, right across from the main station and buses, making it easy for us to explore all of the city and beyond. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a kitchenette with cooking pots and pans. The Pokémon theme was a hit with the kids and the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. a fantastic stay!

We loved the convenience of this place - right across from the railway station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were great, including a sitting area, dining table, and flat-screen TV. The kitchenette with cooking pots and pans and dishes/cups/cutlery was perfect for preparing breakfast. No pets were allowed here, but we didn't bring any.

The room was spacious and nicely appointed.

Wow! My weekend stay was amazing! the room was very modern with thoughtful styling features. the staff was attentive and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. the location couldn't have been better, just a short walk from the train station. the mini kitchen saved us money on breakfast, while the laundry facilities allowed us to pack a light suitcase. To top it off, the bathroom was luxurious and came with complimentary toiletries.

The beds were a little on the hard side but understandable being in Japan. However, we would have appreciated more pillows for a comfortable sleep.

I stayed at Mimaru for 2 nights with my family of 4. The location near Kyoto Station was convenient for exploring the city. The spacious rooms, equipped with a kitchenette and amenities, were perfect for our needs. The staff was friendly and gave great recommendations for sightseeing and dining. The hotel was clean and provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The option to cook our own meals was a bonus, and the bunk beds for the kids were a hit. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at a conveniently located hotel near Kyoto Station. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. My family of four had plenty of space. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, being right next to Kyoto Station and only a 5-minute walk away. It is also close to the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathrooms have good water pressure and are spotless. The staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming, providing excellent service. There are convenient facilities such as a fully equipped kitchen and a microwave for guests to use.

One minor inconvenience was the lack of available taxis in front of the hotel, which required guests to walk to the nearby bus station instead.

Best hotel ever! Staff were brilliant and super friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to help us out, even when it came to finding music. Hotel was very well presented and had great fun initiatives for travellers. Facilities were excellent and room decor was very tasteful. Had all the regular amenities and also extras such as free Apple TVs. Centrally located with easy access to shops and transport. Great guides for attractions and tourists. Spoke very good English. Pokémon themed room was very fun and well decorated. modern and nice to stay in. Will be back next time.

We stayed at a family room at Mimaru near Kyoto Station and it was perfect for our group of 5. the room layout was efficient with separate toilet and bath, double decker bed, and a big dinner table. the outdoor garden was a nice addition. We loved having a microwave and cooker in the room, as it allowed us to enjoy ready-to-eat meals from nearby convenience stores. the selection of complimentary tea was also great.

The room was spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen, which was perfect for our family of five. the shower was nice and spacious with good water pressure. the location was great, just a few minutes' walk to shops, restaurants, and the train station. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who allowed us to store our luggage after check-out so we could explore the city.

That there was no parking available at the hotel, which was inconvenient for us since we traveled by car. However, the hotel provided a list of recommended parking lots nearby, so we were able to find parking for a reasonable price.
