The best thing about our stay at Saks Urban Design Hotel was the location. It was right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local attractions. We loved being able to walk to the nearby clubs and bars in just a couple of minutes.

While there really wasn't anything we didn't like about our stay, we did notice some construction work happening in the lobby area. It didn't affect our overall experience, but it's something to keep in mind if you're looking for a place to hang out in the lobby.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location in the center of town was perfect for us, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that there was parking available beneath the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with all the amenities we could possibly need. The bathroom was modern and high-tech, adding to the luxurious feel of the room. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was served each morning, a great start to our day!

Great location with easy access to restaurants and attractions. the staff provided excellent customer service, even going out of their way to suggest dining options outside of the hotel. the amenities were a nice touch and the shower was a highlight.

Other guests' behavior can have a big impact on your stay. During our visit, a loud party disrupted our sleep and the cigarette smoke made its way into our room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully appointed and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved the patio in the suite, as well as the rainfall shower and tub. The sauna on the top floor was a great bonus. The staff were super helpful and nice, even helping me with my German. The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the pedestrian zone beside a splendid plaza. Everything in this city was within walking distance, and the hotel facilities were new, modern, and comfortable. The parking under the hotel was plentiful, although a little pricey. it was a very comfortable stay.

We loved the location of the hotel, right in the center of town with parking available beneath. It was convenient to walk to all the downtown attractions and there was a huge open square directly in front of the hotel. The rooms were modern and comfortable, with a large flatscreen TV and a desk. The bathroom had modern fixtures and a glass wall that made it feel spacious. The staff were helpful and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, with modern and comfortable furniture. The bathroom fixtures were of good quality and the heated floor was a nice touch. The hotel's central location, right in the pedestrian zone beside the K in Lautern and across the square, made it convenient for dining, shopping, and sightseeing. Plus, it was just a short drive to the nearby US facilities. The breakfast was very nice and the bar was a pleasant space to relax in the evenings. The staff, especially the reception staff, were friendly and helpful.

This place has an amazing location, right in the center of town. I was really impressed by the service I received from the staff, who were friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The shuttle service to and from the airport was a real lifesaver, as was the room service and laundry facilities, which made my stay even more comfortable.
