I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Chihuahua. The value for money was exceptional, especially with the special deal I found on their website. The room was spacious and clean, and I appreciated the attention to detail, like the full mirrors on the closet sliding doors. Additionally, the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was satisfactory, with no major drawbacks.

The rooms at this hotel are incredibly spacious, ideal for families or travelers going to Creel and the Copper Canyon. We loved the convenient location right on Universidad Avenue, with easy access to the Vivabus Station. It was great to have rent-a-car dealers nearby too. The hotel itself has that classic Best Western charm, just like the ones you find in the US. The large rooms opened up to a central parking lot, it felt very cozy and relaxing. The on-site restaurant and bar were excellent.

Our family had a great stay thanks to friendly and helpful staff who spoke English fluently. The room was clean and spacious, and we appreciated the hot showers and comfortable beds with extra pillows. The hotel's location was perfect, with a convenience store nearby and a restaurant on-site. The front desk arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport early in the morning, and it arrived on time.

We were woken up early by the maid knocking on our door even though we had the "do not disturb" sign up. , the hotel allowed a high school team to stay there, and they were making noise late at night and early in the morning, disturbing our sleep.
