The view from Mitsui Garden Hotel was absolutely breathtaking. We could see Mt.Fuji on a clear day, which made our stay even more memorable. The hotel also had a great location, right next to the Toyosu subway station, making it easy to explore different parts of Tokyo. The onsen was a fantastic addition, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The hotel room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a nice closet for hanging clothes and a bed high enough to store suitcases underneath. The complimentary breakfast offered a range of tasty options, although it would have been nice to have a bit more variety throughout the week. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like the need for better cleaning in the restaurant and the small size of the bathroom, overall our stay was enjoyable and we would highly recommend Mitsui Garden Hotel for anyone visiting Tokyo.

the superior queen room we stayed in was incredibly spacious, a rarity in Japan. the entire experience at Mitsui Garden Hotel was impressive, from the friendly staff to the convenient connectivity to the train station, shops, and restaurants in the area. Despite being surrounded by bustling establishments, the hotel provided a peaceful and quiet retreat.

This place is absolutely amazing! The views from the reception area and the rooms are simply breathtaking. On a clear day, you can even catch a glimpse of Mount Fuji. The location is unbeatable, right next to a train station which gives you easy access to various attractions and shopping areas. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The room amenities are top-notch, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning works perfectly and the free Wi-Fi in the rooms is a great bonus. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area are also fantastic, offering delicious food and a great atmosphere.

The pillows in the hotel are a little hard, which might not be suitable for everyone's preference.

The hotel rooms offer breathtaking views of Tokyo and Mt. Fuji. The interior designs are impressive, and the high level of security adds to the peace of mind. The complimentary breakfast has a wide range of tasty options catering to vegetarians and vegans. It is conveniently located on top of Toyosu subway station, providing easy access to famous tourist areas like Shibuya and Shinjuku. The hotel is connected to Lalaport, making shopping super convenient. The onsen/public bath is a relaxing experience, and the ice machines on each floor are thoughtful amenities.

The rooms felt snug, but nothing was too much trouble.

During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we had a great time overall. the breakfast was delicious and had a variety of choices. We also liked the fact that the hotel had an ice machine on each floor, adding to our convenience. the location of the hotel was perfect, being situated right on top of the subway station and connected to a shopping center. We enjoyed the easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. the hotel had a great onsen/public bath which we absolutely loved.

One aspect we did not like was that the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival and we found chips under the couch. we felt that the room was a bit small and did not have enough space for us to spread out comfortably.
