Our stay at Hotel Moon Beach was absolutely amazing! We stayed there for 5 days and enjoyed every bit of it. The staff were friendly and accommodating, quickly responding to our requests and questions. We were able to upgrade to an ocean-view room at a reasonable price and the views were breathtaking. The beach was pristine with fine white sand, and the pool and hot spring bath were perfect for relaxation. The hotel's location was a bit far from the city center, but it provided a peaceful and private atmosphere. The building itself had a charming rustic charm and the gardens were beautiful. we had a wonderful and relaxing stay and will definitely be returning.

This place is amazing! The location on the beach just south of Nago is perfect. I love that it is on the peaceful private beach where I can relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The staff here is outstanding, always friendly and ready to assist with anything I needed. The service from all staffs, from housekeeping to the restaurant, was top-notch.

The location of the hotel is great, with many places to eat within walking distance. You can also play volleyball on the beach and there are bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel is close to the Ocean park, offering a variety of activities. The facilities include a fitness gym, both inside and outside swimming pools, and a steam spa. The staff is friendly and the rooms are big, clean and child-friendly. The air conditioning works well.

The beds are stiff and uncomfortable for a good night's sleep.

The breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety of Okinawan dishes. The club room with ocean-front view was stunning. The hotel had many beach and water activities, as well as indoor and outdoor sports. The staff was kind and friendly, despite limited English communication. The hotel's surroundings were beautiful, with many photo-worthy spots. The Ryukyumura - Traditional Okinawan Village and Onna no eki market were just a short bus ride away.

I had a great time here! The location is amazing, so close to everything - bars, restaurants, and even a private island! I also loved the service from all staffs, they were so friendly and helpful. The facilities are great, from the swimming pools to the beach access. My room was very comfortable and had everything I needed, including ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV. The spa & wellness centre was a nice touch too.

The private beach was a highlight, with clear blue waters and beautiful white sand. The Hawaiian vibe was a fun touch. Loved the fitness gym, heated and non-heated outdoor pools, and steam spa. Overall a convenient and enjoyable stay.

The hotel's outdated and in need of refurbishment, especially evident in our room's condition with worn-out furniture. Additionally, the lack of internet access beyond a few outdated computers in the reception area was disappointing.
