We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location near the main JR station was incredibly convenient for us. It allowed us to easily hop on a bus and explore the central area of the city in no time. The spacious room size was a pleasant surprise, as it exceeded our expectations compared to other hotels in Japan. The well-designed hotel provided enhanced comfort, making us feel right at home. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout our stay.

The hotel had two facts offered that I liked over the Christmas holidays. the location of the hotel was key for me. It was on a side of a main road and the main station was very close, which made it easy to get around. the hotel was located near tourist attractions, which was a plus for me since I wanted to explore the city. Another advantage was that the rooms were spacious and well designed. The washing machines were also super helpful, especially when I needed to do my laundry.

There were some aspects of the hotel that I didn't like. the food was not up to my expectations.

Convenient location near Nijo Station, friendly and accommodating staff, prompt assistance with special request, helpful in making bus reservations, diverse breakfast options, spacious and well-designed rooms.
