You should've seen our check-in! The staff was so lekker, really took the time to explain things nicely, like a proper chommie. And the brekkie buffet? Flippen awesome, especially the mini toast! The onsen at night with the snow outside was like a scene from a movie, pure bliss!

Only downside? The blankets were a bit thin for the winter chill, but we made it work.

For a peaceful experience, request a room higher up to avoid noise from guests above, as the walls can be thin.

I loved the spacious room with an amazing city view and the easy access to the beautiful nakajima park, which is just a short stroll away. also, being so close to the subway made hopping around the city a breeze, you really get a sense of the charm of sapporo in just one weekend!

Wow, the onsen was a real jol! Super relaxing and even had an outdoor pool with a lekker view. Also, the staff at check-in were sharp-sharp and helped us out earlier than expected. Plus, brekkie choices were top-notch!

Only issue was the wait for the lifts, felt a bit crowded. But overall, really great stay!

i was absolutely stunned by the cramped conditions—barely room for my bags, how am i expected to relax? the bed wasn't even made properly, and i felt like i was suffocating from the stale air. i almost gave a praise-worthy review, but i expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles and recieved nothing, just disgraceful.
