our stay at nagano was amazing! the hotel, just opposite the station, was modern and clean. the comfy bed and well-stocked room made it perfect. we loved being able to easily shop for extra items we needed. the location was great with lots of food options nearby and great shopping venues like muji and tokuy hands. highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Nagano Tokyu Rei Hotel! The location was fantastic, right across the street from Nagano station. It made exploring the city and surrounding areas incredibly convenient. The breakfast spread was also excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. The staff, despite some language barriers, were very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, using a translation app to communicate effectively. The modern and clean rooms added to the overall comfort of our stay. We highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and outstanding service.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our bags after check-out. The room, though small, was clean and comfortable, just like any other room we stayed in during our trip to Japan. The free and fast WiFi was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and modern amenities.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, right opposite the train station, and surrounded by shops and restaurants. We loved how convenient it was to explore the area and take in all the sights. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which had a great variety of local dishes to try. It was a delicious way to start the day and experience the flavors of the region.

The hotel even provides a courtesy mobile phone for your use during your stay.
