The hotel is situated in a vibrant neighborhood, offering easy access to various dining options and entertainment venues. The rooms are modern and well-maintained, with comfortable amenities such as a refrigerator and hot water pot. The breakfast selection is impressive, featuring both Japanese and Western options, served in a clean and inviting space.

Some members of the front desk staff could benefit from improving their English language skills to provide better service.

The location of the hotel was conveniently close to the subway and bus stations which was great for exploring the city. The breakfast offered a wide selection of food, catering both Western and Japanese tastes. The room was also very clean and had all necessary amenities.

The staff were very unhelpful and unfriendly. They seemed to dislike any questions we had and didn't speak English well. Also, the noise from both inside and outside of the hotel made it hard to sleep. Even on New Year's Eve, the room was not soundproof and we could hear other guests and loud street noise all night long. would not recommend this hotel.
