The shower room is spacious and the room itself is jaw-droppingly bigger than usual. Plus, the staff are professional and the check-in and check-out process is hassle-free. a super satisfying stay!

The value for money was great, considering the fantastic views from my corner room on the 24th floor. The location on top of the JR station made it super convenient for early morning plans. The staff treated us well, especially the more senior members who were very helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with fresh toiletries and a well-maintained swimming pool in the garden courtyard. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a private beach, hammocks, sunbeds, and two free-of-charge swimming pools. We couldn't have asked for more. The location on a small harbour was perfect, as it was just a stones throw away from the ferry terminal to get to a beautiful island. Plus, there were amazing restaurants serving delicious ceviche along the coast, right by the sea. The staff were friendly and responsive, and the host even gave us a warm welcome in the middle of the night and provided us with great recommendations for the area. the hotel offered a great experience with its clean rooms, excellent facilities, convenient parking, and perfect location near the harbor and fantastic restaurants.

I stayed at Jr Gate Tower for a weekend getaway and it was perfect. The hotel's location right in the train station complex made it incredibly convenient for exploring other areas. The staff, especially the more experienced ones, were very helpful in assisting me with my needs. When my wife developed an ear infection, they found a doctor within walking distance and even directed us to the nearby pharmacy. The hotel also provides easy access to the Takashimaya Department store, where you can find an amazing variety of delicious food options.

The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful, even assisting with filling out takkyubin forms. The property was new, clean, well-designed, and had a comfortable bed and a soaking tub/shower combination. The breakfast was fantastic and the Takashimaya Department store nearby had delicious food options.
