The hotel had excellent staff who were very friendly and helpful, giving us great travel directions and supporting us throughout our stay. the location of the hotel was brilliant, right on the lake, allowing us to have a lovely breakfast with a stunning view. Additionally, the hotel offered boat tours on the lake, which were absolutely brilliant and a must-try.

The economy room we booked was quite small with limited storage space, so I would recommend upgrading to a bigger room if possible. Also, arranging transfers from the airport in advance is advisable to avoid high taxi costs.

The hotel had a stunning location with breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains. the service at the reception was friendly and efficient. We were pleasantly surprised when they allowed us an hour in the spa as a special birthday treat. the Desideria room we booked was beautifully equipped, although slightly small, and had a lovely private terrace with a Jacuzzi. the Aqua restaurant offered excellent food, both from the tasting menu and a la carte menu, with friendly service and good value for money. the breakfast selection was wide and of high quality. We also appreciated the soundproofing and efficient air conditioning in our room, ensuring a peaceful sleep. the hotel was conveniently located near the ferry jetty, making it easy to explore the area.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. the room we stayed in was quite dark due to limited natural and artificial lighting.

I had a superb stay at a wonderful hotel right by the lake. The location was perfect, with a ferry boat terminal just a short walk away, allowing us to easily explore the nearby area. The views from the hotel were absolutely amazing. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant/bar staff provided excellent service. The food at Aqua in the evening was delicious, catering to all tastes, and the daily breakfasts were superb. I highly recommend upgrading to a Desideria room with a private hot tub, as it was a fantastic experience to relax and admire the views. I had an excellent stay and would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to find UK plugs in the room and bathroom. The view from the room was breathtaking, with the sun reflecting off the mountains in the morning. The breakfast was exceptional, with a variety of options including a full English breakfast and make-your-own smoothies. The hotel even surprised me with a bottle of champagne and a heart-shaped towel display. The location of this hotel is also fantastic, right in front of the promenade and with easy access to the ferry. I had a great experience and would definitely go back!

Large and varied breakfast selection, with a nice touch of a juicer. Jacuzzi on the terrace was warm and offered privacy. Excellent and private spa facilities.

It was also right in the center of Torbole, allowing us to easily explore the area and enjoy the various restaurants nearby. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing us with a peaceful and restful sleep. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the service was attentive and accommodating. We also had the opportunity to dine at the hotel's restaurant, which provided a great dining experience. this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to our friends.
