I had an amazing experience at a traditional Japanese ryokan in Kobe. The onsen was incredible, with both private and public baths available. The dinner and breakfast provided were delicious, offering a variety of tasty dishes. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for an authentic and relaxing stay.

Dinner was served in the room, with excellent meals and even a French-speaking hostess. The traditional Japanese house and the option to wear yukatas and traditional shoes added to the authentic experience. The public baths were clean and there were two different kinds of water. The location was convenient, being a short walk from the train station and bus stop.

The hotel was situated in a mountainous area with a beautiful forest view. We enjoyed the cozy dinner and breakfast served in our room, and the outdoor hot spring was a highlight. It was a relaxing, peaceful escape from the city.

Getting to the hotel was a challenge, as there was a long walk up a sloping alley to reach the rooms. There were no restaurant or bar options outside of the set meals provided, which could cause issues if you missed the mealtime.

We were welcomed with a refreshing drink, and they were always available to assist us with any tours or tickets we needed. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating, air conditioning, and even a sitting area for us to relax in. The hotel also had fantastic facilities, including a dining restaurant and a leisure/TV room for our entertainment. And of course, the highlight of our stay was the hot spring bath, which was absolutely amazing. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is very close to the train station. They even provide a shuttle service to the Arima-Rokko Ropeway station, making it convenient for sightseeing. The rooms are nice and well-kept, and the staff goes out of their way to ensure a delightful stay. The kaiseki dinner, according to other guests, is exceptional and possibly the best they have ever had.

The public bath lacks privacy, as there are no panels dividing the seats, allowing for potential discomfort and unpleasant experiences.
