Fantastic experience! The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring downtown Houston. Loved the spacious room! 😄

the room was dirty and the coffee machine had gross stuff left in it, which is absolutely charming. also, one elevator working at a time was seriously irritating, making it feel like a commute just to get to my room. i expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles but guess that’s too much to ask. just couldn’t give a good review.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and I enjoyed the diverse breakfast options every morning. Staff were friendly and really helpful when navigating local attractions.

However, the elevator situation was quite frustrating. With only one functioning elevator in a busy hotel, we often had to wait several minutes. It felt chaotic at peak times.
