Stayed at a hotel near Osaki station. LOVED the large breakfast! the rooms were clean and free from cigarette smells. Staff were helpful. Would stay again! Photos don't do justice.

Traveling for leisure, I enjoyed my recent stay at New Otani Inn for four nights. the prime location near a train station and abundance of nearby eateries were very convenient. the breakfast was satisfying and the staff were efficient and courteous. the hotel's cleanliness and overall facilities were commendable, providing a comfortable stay.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

The room was cramped and the air conditioning didn't cool well, making the nights uncomfortable. Breakfast was disappointing, with the same limited options every morning.
