The air conditioning issues were appalling!!! It required constant trips to reception for adjustments!!! Additionally, the hotel is confusing to access without the S-Bahn. A little clarity on transportation options would help!!!

I spent two nights here and found the beds incredibly comfy and the cleanliness top-notch! The light settings were a real eye-catcher, and the staff was friendly and competent, making sure I had everything I needed. The AC was a lifesaver during the heat. Don't miss the zoom mirror in the bathroom—it’s a great touch!

Just a solid selection for a mini-break over the weekend in Berlin with definitely value for money. The air conditioning was superb and kept the room cool during the hot days. Try to bring your own snacks. there are some stores nearby.

I had a solid stay, with clean and modern accommodations that met my needs. The location near the airport made the commute easy. A quick visit to the nearby supermarket was convenient for grabbing a few essentials. I appreciated the friendly staff who were there to assist me whenever needed. I arrived late, and the staff was quite accommodating despite the check-in confusion, which helped ease my first-night jitters.

The hotel was super clean and modern. Rooms had decent space (not cramped at all). Good public transport links with the S-Bahn just a short walk away. Aldi was really close for quick snacks or essentials.

The proximity to the airport made travel to and from the location a breeze, although parking could have been clearer at times. On the downside, the air conditioning could be a little inconsistent, and there were occasional delays with internet speed.

The location is superb, just a short train ride from the airport. The staff was welcoming, and I enjoyed a lovely breakfast each morning with plenty of variety. The facilities were modern and well-kept.

But the air conditioning could be a bit more reliable. I also wish the parking situation was clearer as it seemed inconsistent with previous stays.
