We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was sparkling clean and had excellent appointments. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including free coffee all day and a buffet complementary breakfast with a great selection for westerners. The staff, especially the young man at reception, were super nice, spoke perfect English, and were very helpful and attentive. The location was ideal, close to the train station and bus station, almost in front of the largest supermarket in town, and for the price in the area, it was truly unbeatable.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Nikko for my first trip to Japan. The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to the train station and a supermarket. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a nice little part of the window that could be opened. The bed was especially comfortable, with crisp bed linen. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a particular highlight being the French toast. The staff were also very helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Japan.

The hotel is conveniently located very near the train station, making it easy for us to explore the city. It is also not far from the bus station, which was convenient for us to visit nearby attractions. there is a food store close by, making it convenient for us to grab snacks and drinks during our stay. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast offered a decent variety of options to start our day off right.

The AC heating in the room made some occasional loud humming noises, which was a bit disruptive during our sleep at times.

This hotel is conveniently located near Nikko station, restaurants, and supermarket. The staff is friendly and rooms are kept clean. I loved that it had air conditioning, especially during cool weather. Breakfast was good except for the powdered scrambled eggs.
