The property is situated in an easily accessible location with an elevator close to the lobby. Guests can enjoy a clean and hot tub on site and also take advantage of a washer and dryer on the floor. Rooms are generally clean with accommodating staff to ensure a good stay experience.

The gym facilities are not well-maintained with the wipes running empty, making it difficult to keep the equipment clean.

I loved the clean and spacious rooms. The separate shower and toilet rooms were a great touch. The shuttle service to the port was convenient and organized. The bartender was friendly and helpful. Despite a minor issue with the gym wipes, I had a wonderful stay at Springhill Suites and would recommend it to others.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed having access to the pool and hot tub 24 hours a day. The breakfast selection was very good. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I would recommend this hotel for its value and amenities.

As youngsters, we loved the clean and modern rooms at Springhill Suites. The AC was quiet and we had a restful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and professional, welcoming us with a handwritten note. The hotel's location was also great, with a beautiful view of the sunset over the river from our window. We enjoyed exploring the nearby park and walking along the pathways.

Spent Christmas at a hotel close to the Kennedy Space Center and it was fantastic. Loved the breakfast and the laundry service available on our floor. the staff was great, especially Karla who helped us with an early check-in and advised us to take a room on the main floor to make it easier for us to move around with our mobility aids. the beds were super comfortable and the pool area was excellent.

We had to ask for the bedding and make it ourselves. the food in the bar area was not great, it came out cold and was very greasy.

We got great value for our money with a beautiful, clean and comfortable room at the hotel. The location was convenient to access the space center and there were plenty of nearby restaurants and a waterfront park. The staff treated us with friendliness, politeness, and professionalism.

The menu for breakfast could be improved to accommodate everyone and ensure that guests follow safety measures.

The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel transportation to the cruise port was well-organized, despite some guests not paying attention to their schedule. The short trip on the crowded bus was manageable. a great experience.
