We had an amazing stay at a new boutique hotel hidden in a bustling alleyway. The junior suite was beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed and a luxurious bath. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we even enjoyed a pampering session in the spa. The rooftop pool was sensational, and the bar served the best cocktails in town.

The breakfast buffet was one of the best we've had. The hotel's location in the Hanoi old quarter allowed us to easily explore the main attractions on foot or with a cyclo. The rooftop bar and pool offered a stunning panoramic view of the city. We also appreciated the hotel's efforts to reduce single-use plastics, with glass water bottles and ceramic toiletry bottles.

We felt totally relaxed during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast selection was extensive, catering to various tastes and preferences.

As old people, we absolutely loved the attentive staff, beautifully appointed rooms, and quality of the food at Peridot Grand Luxury hotel. The hotel organised amazing activities for our family, including a Jeep tour, a day trip to Halong Bay, and a day trip to Ninh Binh. The location in the old quarter was fabulous, with no traffic noise. it was an opulent and welcoming experience.
