My stay at Oakwood Premier Tokyo was excellent value for money. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had beautiful bathrooms. The hotel's location, just a 1-minute walk from Tokyo station, made it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The food for breakfast could have been better, with a wider selection and more tasty options.

We loved having a small kitchen and laundry facilities in our room, which made our stay even more convenient. The location of the apartments is excellent, just a few minutes away from Tokyo Station. The staff is very helpful and went above and beyond to assist me when my flight was cancelled. The apartment had a kitchen and fridge, allowing me to easily store and prepare food. The nearby food court in the shopping center was also a great option for dining.

We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel was clean with great facilities. The location was perfect, in a safe area near the station and so close to everything. We could easily walk to the Palace and had no parking or transportation issues. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good.

Wow, what a stay! The concierge went above and beyond, securing exclusive restaurant reservations. Perfect location next to Daimaru, Lawson, and Tokyo Station. Also, a quick walk to the vibrant Ginza area. Luxurious and well-appointed with excellent amenities, including a beautiful city view. The staff were incredibly accommodating, making our stay truly enjoyable. Can't wait to stay at this hotel again!

What a delightful experience. I stayed at a fantastic apartment hotel in Tokyo. The location was unbeatable, right next to Tokyo Station with easy access to other parts of the city. The room was spacious and had great soundproofing. The staff was excellent, going out of their way to be helpful. I felt right at home in the luxurious setting. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Tokyo.

I recently stayed at a luxurious hotel located conveniently near the metro and Shinkansen stations. It was just behind a popular department store, making shopping a breeze. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a beautiful view of the city. The bathroom was clean and modern, and the hotel offered excellent facilities, including a microwave and washing machine. The location was perfect for first-time visitors to the city, providing easy access to transportation and nearby attractions.

I did encounter a minor inconvenience when the password for the hotel entrance didn't work on the day of my arrival. Thankfully, other guests with door keys were able to assist me in entering the building.

I had a fantastic 10-day stay at Oakwood. It was perfect for the Sakura season, and the one-bedroom Executive suite had everything we needed. The staff, especially Ms. Yumiko and Ms. Masuda Rie, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The free wifi was a great addition, and having a 24-hour reception and residence lounge was convenient. The location, just a 3-minute walk to Tokyo Station, made it easy to explore the city. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area gave us the flexibility to cook our meals. Oakwood provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The apartment had great amenities and was well-appointed. the daily cleaning and comfortable pillows were a nice touch. the location was excellent, with a direct airport bus stop and Tokyo station within walking distance. Plus, it offered good value for money compared to other hotels in the area.

The breakfast selection could have been better, with limited hot options. the drink options in the evening were also lacking.
